We aim is to give you the skills you need to start researching your family tree and to provide you with support. We help each other to research into their own family history, build their family tree, explore the social history surrounding their family and pass on their experiences and stories.

We will discuss family research topics using traditional methods and online genealogy resources and help each other to troubleshoot brick walls and other challenges.

The group is suitable for complete beginners through to the more experienced.
